The app allows policyholders to submit claims with photos of their medical invoices and key details, as well as access to policy documents, There is also a "Find a hospital" feature which works worldwide. The app also includes local emergency services numbers and a translator tool for medical terms which works for 17 languages. The app itself is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese, with phase II now underway.
